Ingredients
1 part Chambord
1 & 1⁄2 part whiskey
1 & 1⁄2 part lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash honey syrup
Top up with tonic water
Garnish with mint sprig and a lemon wedge
Method
To make, take a highball glass and add plenty of ice.
Add Chambord, a whisky of your choosing, and lemon juice.
Then add a dash of orange bitters, a splash of honey syrup and top it off with some tonic water.
Finally, garnish with mint and a lemon wedge, then enjoy!
